Cleanse the Temple
Jesus cleansed the temple in Jerusalem. In this life transforming prayer we ask him to cleanse our inner sanctuary of any idols. Pleasing people makes people into idols. That is just one example.
Cleansing and deliverance. Removing evil - deliverance from evil - is similar to cleansing. One could use this prayer for deliverance.

Kind of a contradictory statement to me. I've always thought of Jesus as a sort of idol that Christians worship. It's weird that they think this dead man is God. I mean... it really is counter-intuitive to me. But whatever... yeah, that was my only comment. I do agree though that we should ask God to help us identify & cleanse all our "inner idols".
